At Reece Wise LLC, your satisfaction is our priority. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund on the purchase price within 30 days of your purchase date. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@zocbd.com.

Conditions for Refunds:
- Products must be unused and in their original packaging.
- You must provide proof of purchase, such as an order confirmation email or receipt.

Shipping Policy

We offer free shipping on orders over $100 within the United States. All orders are processed within 2-5 business days, and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.
